At the Ladies Who Lead Bengaluru Round Table in collaboration with #DWEN Dell India we made the case for inclusion of more women in tech to further promote economic equality. We had conversations around bridging the digital divide and gender gap, by enabling remote and flexible work and democratising access to education.
The gender equality gap is now predicted to take 136 years to close. Waiting that long is clearly not an option. It’s time to prepare the leaders of tomorrow for a future dominated by STEM careers and this was a step forward in that direction.
Time: Friday, March 24, 4.30 to 7 pm
Venue: Dell Technologies, 5th Floor, Torrey Pines, Embassy Golf Links Business Park, Inner Ring Road, Koramangala, Domlur, Bengaluru.
