At our Round Table, powered by EY India Careers, our members mentioned how, until yesterday, not many of them thought much about joining the board or even considered trying for opportunities that give them a seat at the table. But the high calibre conversation moderated by our Chief Mentor Aditya Ghosh brought us to pay closer attention to actionable insights that help them go after it. The powerful panellists made the business case for board diversity and suggested how doing the right thing is also the smart thing to do. After all, the boards that exclude representation from their core customer target group are certainly missing out on key opportunities for growth.
