About Hanisha Singh: Chef Hanisha, an Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development alumna, is an award-winning chef who founded My Little Food Company and Plats. She is a renowned culinary expert, named one of the 10 most promising chefs by ET in 2018 and Conde Nast’s 40 under 40 in 2020. Her latest venture, Genre, offers coffee, baked goods, and breakfast in the morning and food, music, and mixology in the evening.
