About Chef Nooresha Kably: Chef Nooresha Kably transitioned from a full-time mother to a renowned chef at age 45. She established Sushi Koi, a successful catering and delivery kitchen, and visited Japan to hone her skills in sushi and Washoku. She opened Izumi in 2018, offering authentic Japanese dishes in Mumbai. Chef Nooresha is dedicated to maintaining the authenticity of her dishes while showcasing her boldness in combining flavors and culinary techniques.
