About Malvika Rajkotia: Malavika Rajkotia is an independent Legal Practitioner with over 37 years of experience, enrolled on the Bar in the year 1985. She is a Family and Matrimonial Law specialist and has handled several high-profile and complex divorce and property disputes across various courts in the country. Malavika is a recognized expert in India in the field of family, matrimonial and allied laws and is the founder of Rajkotia Associates, a leading multidisciplinary law firm specializing in matrimonial and property laws. She is also an author of Intimacy Undone: Law of Marriage, Divorce and Family in India, and has worked on issues related to the protection of civil liberties, gender rights, human rights and environmental concerns.
