Ananya Madhavan: Ananya is a dynamic professional with a diverse background encompassing business, communication, and leadership development.


Beginning her career journey with esteemed organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company & The Times of India, Ananya honed her expertise in marketing, communication, and brand management. Her 10 year tenure in these renowned corporations provided her with invaluable experience in navigating the complexities of the corporate world and understanding human behaviour.



Driven by a passion for personal and professional growth, Ananya transitioned into the realm of Leadership Coaching. Drawing upon her rich corporate experience and academic knowledge, she founded her own Leadership Coaching practice – The Inside Effect. She is on a mission to ensure that professionals lead with authenticity, confidence and credibility. Using Neuroscience and psychology based research she empowers individuals to cultivate a success mindset, communicate with confidence, and influence through impact.


Ananya has an Undergraduate Liberal Arts degree from the United States and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan. She is also an ICF Certified Leadership & Organisation Development Coach, with a Diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
