LWL Member Neha Kirpal Co-Founder, Amaha (formerly InnerHour) will tackle pressing topics, including overcoming past trauma and toxicity, cultivating healthy boundaries, and addressing mental health challenges faced by us as professionals, entrepreneurs, homemakers, and mothers. Her insights will equip us with tools to navigate these challenges with resilience and grace.

As a social entrepreneur, Neha brings tremendous experience in weaving impact networks and has solidified her status as a true authority in the mental health space. Her work has earned her a coveted position within the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders community and she has also been honoured with the NDTV Indian of the Year award.
