About Malvika Khajuria: The COO at LadiesWhoLead, Malvika is a passionate advocate for gender diversity, aiming to empower more women to influence important decisions that shape our economy, society, industries, and policies. With a background in strategy advising and a career that spans from being an analyst at CEB (now Gartner) to starting her own venture, Ikinaki, a social commerce app, she has gained extensive experience in organizational and leadership effectiveness. Her journey includes consulting for various brands, helping them go from idea to revenue stage. She was the Head of Marketing at Sunstone during its remarkable 10x scale from series A to C, between 2020 and 2022.
