Onboarding

Onboarding Dates

  • Titan Members: 5th of every month
  • Maverick Members: 5th and 25th of every month
    (Onboarding dates are subject to change as decided by the LWL team.)

Induction Sessions
Newly onboarded Titan and Maverick members will participate in a virtual induction session. The date will be communicated by the respective Points of Contact (POCs).

Membership Fees

Titan Membership

  • Delhi NCR & Mumbai: 
    • Joining fee: INR 1.1L + GST (12 month validity)
    • Joining fee: INR 1.24L + GST (24 month validity)
    • Joining fee: INR 1.6L + GST (36 month validity)
  • Renewal fee: 45k + GST (12 month validity)
  • Bengaluru: 
    • Joining fee: INR 80K + GST (12 month validity)
    • Joining fee: INR 92L + GST (24 month validity)
    • Joining fee: INR 1.2L + GST (36 month validity)
    • Renewal fee: 35k + GST (12 month validity)
  • Other cities: 
    • Joining fee: INR 65K + GST (12 month validity)
    • Joining fee: INR 72L + GST (24 month validity)
    • Joining fee: INR 92L + GST (36 month validity
    • Renewal fee: 25k + GST (12 month validity)

Maverick Membership

  • Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru: 
    • Joining fee: INR 21K + GST (6 month validity)
    • Joining fee: INR 35K + GST (12 month validity)
    • Joining fee: INR 40K + GST (24 month validity)
    • Joining fee: INR 52K + GST (36 month validity)
  • Renewal fee: 21k + GST (6 month validity)
  • Renewal fee: 15k + GST (12 month validity)
  • Other cities: 
    • Joining fee: INR 21K + GST (12 month validity)
    • Joining fee: INR 26.4K + GST (24 month validity)
    • Joining fee: INR 36K + GST (36 month validity)
    • Renewal fee: 12k + GST (12 month validity)

Referrals

Referral Program Rules

  • Only active Titan and Maverick members are eligible.
  • Referrals must be submitted via your community PoC.
  • Referrals through other channels will not be considered.

Events & RSVPs

RSVP Process

  • RSVP through the website only.
  • Refundable RSVP fees for workshops, experiences, and events:
    • For Titans (All): INR 2,500
    • For Mavericks: Delhi/Mumbai – INR 2,500 | Bangalore – INR 1,100 
  • COCs & Mixers: No paid RSVP.
  • Guest lists close 24 hours before the event.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the event for a refund.
  • Last-minute walk-ins who have not RSVPd on the website will be charged INR 1,100, which is non-refundable. If your schedule permits you to come last minute, please inform your POC.

Guest Policy

  • For events that allow +1s, guests of all genders are welcome at an RSVP feel of INR 3,500 (non-refundable) 
  • LWL Members: Guests can attend COCs and Mixers for INR 2,500. This fee is adjustable towards membership if the guest joins within 30 days.
  • Titan Members: Guests attend events for free.
  • Male Guests: Allowed to attend one COC or Mixer for INR 2,500 (approval required).

Event Rules

  • Time: Arrive on time; late entry is not permitted for closed-door events.
  • Crowd Movement: Avoid moving in and out of rooms during sessions.
  • F&B: Refreshments are provided before and after sessions.
  • Phones: Keep phones on silent and away during sessions.
  • Conversation: Networking is reserved for before and after the session.
  • Behavior: Disruptive behavior is not tolerated and should be reported to LWL management.

WhatsApp Group Etiquette

  • No forwards, spam, political content, or commercial posts.
  • Admins can delete inappropriate messages.
  • Use the groups for professional requests only.
  • Respond to member queries via direct message (DM).
  • Limit non-essential messages like “Thank you” or “Congratulations” to emojis.
  • Event flyers must be approved by the SPOC before posting.

Mentorship Program

Mentorship Process

  • Available as a paid, exclusive offering for members.
  • Members must fill out an application form to be paired with a mentor.
  • LWL facilitates the initial connection with the mentor.
  • Subsequent meetings are scheduled directly between the mentor and mentee.
  • In case of overbooked mentors, LWL will suggest alternatives.
  • Session durations vary, but mentors may offer at least 1-hour slots for meetings.

Bonds (Titan Exclusive)

  • Each group has 6-12 members.
  • INR 15,000 security deposit at the start of the Bonds year.
  • Groups must hold 6 formal meetings annually, 3 of which can be virtual.
  • Meetings are held in private spaces booked by members.
  • Members can skip 1 meeting per year. Each additional missed meeting incurs a fee of INR 2,500.
  • Missing 3 meetings results in removal from the group.
  • A leader and treasurer are chosen in the first meeting.
  • Meetings run for 90-120 minutes and include check-ins, presentations, and learning sessions.
  • LWL provides a complimentary coaching session for goal-setting.
  • Meeting minutes (MoM) must be shared with the LWL team.

Renewals

  • Members will be removed from WhatsApp groups if they don’t renew by the 5th of the month.
  • A grace period of two weeks can be requested in advance.
  • Members rejoining after leaving will be subject to new membership fees.
  • Membership freezing is allowed only for serious illness or maternity, subject to approval.

LWL management reserves the right to terminate membership for inappropriate behavior.

Terms & Conditions

These are Terms and Conditions that govern your membership with Leading Ladies Who Lead Network Private Limited (“Ladies Who Lead”) along with any other services offered by us during your membership.  

Account Membership and Details
When you sign up for our membership, provide accurate and updated information about yourself. Keep your password secure, and don’t share it with others. If you notice unauthorized use of your account, let us know immediately.

User Conduct
We aim to create a positive experience for all participants. Be respectful, courteous, and supportive during all interactions at our events. 

  • Treat fellow participants, speakers, and facilitators with kindness and respect.
  • The services are for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:
           – Post harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
           – Violate any laws
           – Pretend to be someone else
           – Send unsolicited advertisements
           – Upload harmful software
           – Harass or intimidate others
           – Use someone else’s account without permission
  • Ladies Who Lead reserves the right to refuse participation or remove individuals from events who do not adhere to this standard.
  • If we find you violating these rules, we may suspend your membership at our discretion.

Ownership and Copyright
All content on the website and any other platform, such as text, graphics, and images, belongs to Ladies Who Lead or its licensors. You cannot copy or distribute any content without our permission. Anything you upload becomes our property, and we can decide how to use it.

Security
We take steps to protect your information, but no online transmission is completely secure. You share your information at your own risk, and we will try our best to keep it safe.

Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes will be handled under Indian law, specifically in Delhi courts. If there’s a legal issue, we expect you to reach out for a resolution first before going to court.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continuing to use our services means you accept the new terms. We encourage you to check back periodically for updates.
