Conversation Over Cocktails: Shaping the Workforce of Tomorrow (Mumbai) LWL X DEXTRUS DI/VERSE

At our Conversation Over Cocktails at Dextrus, the panel had disruptive dialogues on the importance of driving inclusivity and diversity at workplaces. Our dynamic community of changemakers got together to have casual conversations over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, about recruitment practices to have their organisations at the forefront of this change.

Takeaway from the powerful panel: small, incremental and actionable steps, can drive inclusive representation and building a great work culture is not an end goal, but an ever moving target. 

We value the exchange of diverse perspectives to drive impact and this one was our effort to accelerate the process!
