Experience: Boxfit (Delhi)
When Boxfit jumpstarted our weekend, got our hearts pumping and challenged our limits with a high-energy, high-intensity workout, our members reaped big fitness rewards! It was a comprehensive mix of boxing, HIIT, strength and cardio that vigorously helped our members burn up to 1,000 calories in just 60 minutes. We learnt the basic boxing movements such as jab, hook and cross from their founding trainers Dikshika Rawat and Akhil Mehra. The session consisted of lunges, burpees and squats for 2 sets each, twice over. And here was a boost to look forward to: cold brew, healthy fudges and granola bowls by Third Roast. They also treated our members with parting gifts – little goodie bags full of healthy seeds and granola.
