How do I use Circle?

You will receive a Circle registration link in your welcome email, or alternatively from your Community Manager in your welcome message on Whatsapp.

You can then ask your Community Manager for the Circle App download link for quicker access to all things Circle.

What do I use Circle For?

View upcoming events, RSVP for events, get to know about partner offers, connect with fellow members, ask questions and view event videos and images.

How do I RSVP for events

Login to your account on Circle, Events across all cities are listed under the Events space. Click on ‘RSVP’ and you have the option to add the event to your calendar as well.

When will I get my refund for a paid RSVP?

Once you have attended the event, the refund is initiated the next day. However, it can take up to 5-7 days to reflect back in your account. If it still doesn’t reflect back, please get in touch with your community manager.

Can I bring a guest?

A Titan member can bring a guest at no extra fee.

An LWL Membership member can bring a guest to Mixers & Conversation Over Cocktails’ for a fee of INR 2500 which can be adjusted if the guest decides to take membership.

Are guest charges adjusted if they sign up for Membership?

Yes, the guest fee is adjusted if the guest takes membership within 2 weeks of attending the event.

Can my guest come multiple times?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow the same guest to attend multiple events as we have a limited capacity.

What do I get for referring members?

We have a referral program with incentives only for converted referrals.

As a Titan Member

If you refer 2 members – You get 1 month membership extension

If you refer 3 members – You get 1 month membership extension + a gift worth INR 6,000

If you Refer 5 members – You get 1 month membership extension + a gift worth INR 10,000

As an LWL Member

If you refer 2 members – You get 1 month membership extension

If you 3 members – You get 1 month membership extension + One Premium Access

If you refer 5 members – 1 month membership extension + One Premium Access + Gift worthINR 2,500

Can I attend a Titan exclusive event?

Yes, LWL Membership members can attend select Titan exclusive events, subject to capacity. There is a fee of INR 2500 for attending these events.

Why do I have to pay for events, is it not included in the membership fee?

Our events are highly curated, and a significant amount of effort goes into organizing them. As a result, certain events require a fee to reserve your spot, which is refunded upon attendance.

What should I do if a fellow member hasn’t responded to my DM or on Circle?

In this unlikely situation, you can request your community manager to facilitate an introduction via email.

Where can I view the list of all members?

You can view this list of all members in our Industry List available in the WhatsApp group description and on our digital platform – Circle, under the Membership Directory.

Circle is not working. How do I RSVP for an event or post a resource?

If Circle is not working, please RSVP directly with your community manager and send any resource queries on the WhatsApp group.

What is a refundable RSVP fee?

A refundable RSVP fee is a payment made to secure your seat for an event. Once you attend the event, the fee will be refunded. This ensures your commitment to attending, allowing us to make accurate F&B arrangements based on RSVPs.

When will I get the calendar of the month?

The monthly calendar will be shared via WhatsApp from our official number on the 1st of each month. It will also be accessible on our website.

Are sessions recorded? Where can I find them?

Not all sessions are recorded due to permissions from speakers. Those that are recorded will be uploaded on our digital platform – Circle, under Content Library

Where can I find images from an event I attended?

Images from events are uploaded on our digital platform, Circle, under Events Gallery. This process may take up to a week as our professional photographer requires time for editing and sharing them with us.

What is the duration of the event?

All LWL events typically last between 2 to 3 hours, depending on the nature of the event.

Can I leave the event midway? Or enter midway?

Yes you have the flexibility to enter and leave big format events at your convenience without making any disturbance. However, we would appreciate you arriving on time and leaving at the end for smaller format events like Lessons in Excellence or workshops.

Can I bring my child to events?

Unfortunately, we do not permit children at our events as the majority are focused on learning and/or include alcohol service.

I won’t be able to attend the event in person. Is there a virtual option available?

For most of our in-person events, we don’t offer a virtual option. However, we do have virtual events that you can join. Additionally, some sessions are recorded and will be available for viewing once uploaded on Circle.

Can I attend an event in another city?

Yes, you are welcome to attend events in other cities provided you have RSVP’d in advance.

How do I get connected with a Titan member?

You can share the name of the Titan member whom you want to connect with and your Community Manager will either share their contact details once the request to share has been approved by the Titan, or make a connection over email.

Are all events mandatory for me to attend?

You can attend as many events as you would like and there is no penalty for missing any event.

Is there a penalty for not attending an event I have RSVP’d for?

No, there is no penalty for missing any event. However, if you have paid the refundable fee and do not attend, the fee will be forfeited. To get your fee refunded, you must inform your community manager at least one day prior to the event if you are unable to attend.

In case I am traveling , can I freeze my membership?

You cannot freeze your membership for short term travel. However, if you are relocating outside of the country you can freeze it for a year.

Can I freeze my membership if I am having a baby or unwell?

Yes, you can freeze your membership for up to a year if you are expecting a baby or dealing with a long-term illness.

Can I pay for membership now and start later?

You have the flexibility to pay now and start your membership when you are ready. Just let your sales POC now of the start date.

Can I bring my husband to events with me?

He can accompany you for one event, either a Conversation Over Cocktails or a Mixer at a fee of INR 2500. Approval is at the discretion of the LWL team.

Can my husband join LWL?

LWL is a women-only platform, so men cannot be part of the community. However, men are welcome to attend select events.

What is the mentorship program?

The mentorship program is an exclusive paid program available to members, offering unparalleled guidance and support. Can I join Bonds with LWL Membership?

Unfortunately Bonds is a Titan Exclusive property and an LWL Membership member doesn’t have access to.
