LWL RULEBOOK
New Member Onboarding
- The onboarding for Titan members happens once every month (5th) and for LWL members happens twice every month (5th and 25th), subject to change that may be made at the discretion of the LWL team.
- Members with Limited Access Passes have access to Circle for the RSVP process and will receive pertinent updates via WhatsApp from the official LWL number.
- Newly onboarded Titan and LWL members are encouraged to participate in an introductory virtual session. The date and time of this session will be conveyed to them by their respective Community Managers.
Event RSVP Guidelines:
- Members must confirm their attendance for events exclusively through the Circle platform.
- For paid RSVP events, members are required to make a payment to reserve a seat, which will be refunded upon attendance. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process. However, if a member fails to attend the event, the payment will be forfeited.
- The refundable RSVP fee is INR 1,100 for all workshops, experiences, and access events.
- For select events, the refundable RSVP fee is INR 2,500.
- Conversations Over Cocktails & Mixers do not require a paid RSVP.
- The guest list for all events closes 24 hours before the event. If a member is unable to attend an event they’ve RSVP’d for, they must inform the Community Managers to cancel the RSVP. Refunds for paid events will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the event.
- For last-minute walk-ins, i.e., attending an event without pre-confirming your attendance, a non-refundable fee of INR 1,100 will be charged at the event.
Guest Policy:
- LWL members are permitted to bring guests to Conversations Over Cocktails and Mixer events for a fee of INR 2,500. This fee will be credited towards the guest’s membership fee if they choose to join within 30 days of attending the event.
- Guests of Titan members can attend events free of cost. The same guest can only attend twice during the membership tenure.
- Male guests can accompany a member to only one Conversation Over Cocktails or Mixer event, subject to a fee of INR 2,500. Approval for male guests is at the discretion of the LWL team.
EVENT GUIDELINES:
LWL invests substantial effort to ensure events are efficiently organized, inspiring and valuable. To uphold these standards, members are requested to adhere to the following guidelines:
Punctuality:
We encourage punctuality to ensure our events run smoothly. Late entry is not permitted for closed-door events once an event begins. For all other events, entry will be restricted 30 minutes after the scheduled start time.
Minimizing Disruptions:
To maintain a conducive environment for learning and interaction, we discourage unnecessary movement within event spaces, especially once a session has begun. Certain workshops and coaching sessions may be recorded, and movement can disrupt both, the speaker and the recording process.
Food and Beverages:
Although refreshments are offered before and after events, we request attendees to refrain from consuming them during certain sessions. Water will be readily available throughout, and some venues may offer tea and coffee during sessions.
Devices:
We request attendees to put their mobile phones on silent mode and refrain from using them during sessions. Using phones and answering calls while a speaker is addressing the audience is considered disrespectful.
Conversation Etiquette:
During sessions, we request members refrain from engaging in conversations with others. Opportunities for networking and meaningful discussions will be provided before and after each event to facilitate valuable connections.
WhatsApp Group Guidelines:
- The WhatsApp groups are strictly meant for professional communication. Therefore, members are prohibited from sharing forwards, spam, political opinions, or commercial content. Any such content will be promptly deleted by the group administrators.
- Administrators have the right to remove messages and promotions originating from individuals outside the LWL community, including those sent on behalf of friends, family, clients, or acquaintances.
- Members are requested to use the WhatsApp groups solely for professional requests.
- When responding to member queries, it is advised to engage via direct message (DM) to avoid prolonged one-on-one conversations within the group.
- Members are encouraged to minimize unnecessary response messages, such as expressions of gratitude or congratulations, when resources are shared. Instead, messages must be acknowledged by reacting with an appropriate emoji.
- Sharing flyers or promotional material related to external events on the groups is strictly prohibited. Any such content must be reviewed and approved by the Community Managers before being shared.
- LWL maintains a stringent policy against members spamming others with promotional messages via DMs or emails unless expressly requested by the recipient. Violations of this policy will result in warnings, and appropriate action will be taken by the LWL team.
Note:
- To foster connections with fellow members, individuals can utilize the WhatsApp city/tier groups, WhatsApp sub-groups, and LinkedIn groups.
- Additionally, members are encouraged to explore the LWL Industry list and Resource list to initiate connections within the community. They may reach out to their Community Managers or directly connect with other members on a one-to-one basis.

Should a member opt to leave the group prior to this, they are requested to notify the respective Community Manager beforehand.
- A grace period of two weeks may be granted upon request for membership renewal; however, an email must be sent to the designated Community Manager before the renewal payment deadline.
- Should a member fail to renew and consequently be removed from the group, but wishes to continue their membership, the new membership fee will be applicable.
