Healthy Breakfasts Workshop At The Origin Cafe and Store, Khar
A delightful array of hearty, healthy recipes and conversations about the ever-expanding culinary genre of veganism made for a fine breakfast scene during our workshop at The Origin Store & Cafe, Mumbai. Here’s a sneak peek at their store, a new hotspot for gourmet products in Bandra. Chef Swapnil Mule channelling the spirit of soul food with avid ingenuity, whipped up some healthy, vegan interpretations of classic recipes – a fig and almond smoothie and vegan coca pizza. The dairy substitutes were delicious and our members were particularly enthused to sample them. With a hefty dose of nourishing recipes, conversations, the members departed with a specially curated gourmet hamper and that happy holiday feeling.
