Aabha Bakaya and Aditya Ghosh-led members-only platform for women, Ladies Who Lead, has launched Venture Vault, an open-to-all immersive learning platform focused on professional growth. Originally piloted exclusively for members, the Venture Vault initiative is now accessible to non-members across genders and professions—democratising access to high-quality entrepreneurial learning and business insights.
Through Venture Vault, Ladies Who Lead aims to bridge key gaps in leadership development, strategy, scaling, and execution. The platform is designed to support founders, consultants, freelancers, and professionals at any stage of their careers with immersive learning formats that combine expert perspectives and real-world insights.
The first open-to-all edition of Venture Vault was recently held in Mumbai, with over 250 attendees including CXOs, founders, and corporate leaders.
The event featured a lineup of industry experts including Aditya Ghosh, Co-Founder, Ladies Who Lead, Vinay Dube, CEO, Akasa Air, Shantanu Deshpande, Founder, Bombay Shaving Company, Karishma Mehta, Founder, Humans of Bombay, and Karthik B. Reddy, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Blume Ventures, among others.
Discussions focused on scaling ideas, raising capital, execution strategies, and customer acquisition.
The launch of Venture Vault marks the beginning of a multi-city rollout planned across New Delhi and Bangalore, combining interactive formats with practical, high-impact content. Each session will include direct engagement opportunities with speakers through live audience Q&A.
Aabha Bakaya, Founder of Ladies Who Lead, said, “We believe that true leadership is nurtured when insights are shared and opportunities are made accessible to everyone. By making Venture Vault accessible to professionals across the spectrum, we’re not just offering expert business insights; we’re creating a vibrant, inclusive ecosystem where every individual can learn, grow, and transform their professional vision into reality.”
Aditya Ghosh, Co-Founder of Ladies Who Lead, added, “Following successful pilot runs, we are now introducing Venture Vault to non-members as a pan-India platform to foster knowledge sharing and networking. This strategic expansion is designed to accelerate learning and unlock new opportunities on a broader, nationwide scale for entrepreneurs, strategists, consultants, and growth leaders in various capacities.”
Unlike conventional programs that emphasize theory, Venture Vault sessions focus on actionable strategies that participants can apply immediately. Alongside its interactive elements and real-time networking potential, Venture Vault is positioned to reshape how entrepreneurial learning is delivered in India.
As the platform expands, Ladies Who Lead reinforces its mission to create more inclusive, opportunity-rich environments where leadership and innovation can thrive.
