New Member Onboarding & Getting Started:

  • The onboarding for all members happens on Wednesday’s weekly, upon completion of the membership formalities. *The LWL team may make changes at its discretion.
  • Newly onboarded members are encouraged to participate in a virtual orientation session, which takes place bi-monthly. The date and time of this session will be conveyed to members by their respective Community Managers.
  • Community managers will do 1-1 calls with all new members to understand your needs and reasons for joining LWL & guide you on how to leverage the platform.
  • Members must create their profiles and login to the LWL website.

* The LWL website is the members’ one stop for viewing upcoming events, RSVPing, accessing partner offers, seeing the past events and the current marketing bundles available, learning about the different event properties at LWL, availing the mentorship program, referring a friend, and viewing event videos and images.

Event Guidelines:
LWL works hard to make every event seamless, inspiring, and valuable. To maintain this standard, members are expected to follow these guidelines:

  • Punctuality: Please be punctual. Late entry won’t be allowed for closed-door events once they begin, and for all other events, entry closes 30 minutes after the start time.
  • Minimizing Disruptions: To ensure a focused environment, please avoid moving around or chatting during sessions, as it can disrupt the speaker and recordings. Networking opportunities will be available before and after the event.
  • Use of phones: Please keep phones on silent and avoid using them during sessions. If you need to take a call, sit near an exit and step out to avoid disturbing the speaker.
  • Food and Beverages: Refreshments are served before and after the session. Please avoid eating during the session to prevent distractions. Water will be available throughout, with tea and coffee at select venues.
