This International Women’s Day we directed our attention to a forgotten narrative of \’Equality In The Boardroom\’ and decided to combat gender stereotypes, call out gendered actions and assumptions, hold each other accountable, and positively influence each other\’s actions and beliefs.
One important insight that evidently reflected was that rallying support from our male allies is, in fact, crucial in our fight for #eachforequal. The discussions ranged from raising concerns when necessary to raising your hands in order to seek what you deserve to knowing the legalities around women representation in the boardroom. We are glad to have been instrumental in transforming mindsets and campaigning around gender equality. After all, we cannot change what we are not aware of!
