The celebration was hosted at The Alfresco by the poolside and The Hub, the hotel’s eclectic restaurant. The culinary team at The Connaught, New Delhi – IHCL SeleQtions showcased a repertoire of signature beverages such as The Golden Bridge, Tropical Trip and Long Journey, along with an elaborate global culinary fare featuring smoked salmon, aromatic duck roll, mutton galouti, live stations for dimsums, sushi, grills and pasta topped up with a delectable selection of desserts such as caramel date pudding, lemon tart, classical French opera.
