A leader’s journey is never walked alone. At every stage, an entrepreneur or founder faces various choices and has multiple questions regarding how to scale or pivot a business, deal with disruptive trends, or lead amid uncertainty. While trial and error has its place, there is immense value in learning from the experiences of those who’ve walked the path before us.
This is where a platform like Ladies Who Lead can play a huge role. Learning is one of our core pillars, apart from networking and experiences. Towards that end, we curate learning sessions in multiple formats to enable unique and holistic learning experiences. From our large formats such as Conversations over Cocktails to intimate closed-door formats like Leaders’ Lounge and Workshops, members get the opportunity to engage one-on-one with industry leaders and mentors.
As part of a select cohort, members can engage directly with mentors, learn from both their successes and failures, gain exposure to real-world challenges and connect with like-minded peers.
As the pace of change accelerates, mentorship-based learning becomes even more valuable. They help you understand how top leaders navigate roadblocks, make decisions, and adapt in real time.
Our upcoming sessions include speakers such as Sunitha Viswanathan, Partner at Kae Capital, who will talk about early-stage investing, as well as Hari Menon, Co-Founder and CEO of bigbasket, who will share lessons from building and scaling the ecommerce giant.
Earlier this year, we hosted the Third Edition of The Venture Vault, a two-day immersive learning experience that brought together some of the brightest minds, including Karishma Mehta, Shantanu Deshpande, Meghna Narayan and Karthik B. Reddy. In addition, we’ve hosted sessions with senior leaders such as Vinita B., Naina Kidwai, Nithin Kamath, Vivek Sahni (Founder and Chairman of kama ayurveda Pvt Ltd), Rohit Kapoor (CEO of Food Marketplace at Swiggy), Gaurav Gupta, and Priyanka Gill, providing members with unparalleled access to industry insights and mentorship. We are also developing learning modules, including skilling toolkits in marketing, branding, and AI, to further empower our community.
Insights from veterans can fuel your personal growth, enhance understanding about building or leading a team and help you gain confidence to lead.
While each leader’s journey is unique, drawing on the experiences of others helps us avoid pitfalls and chart a more informed path forward.
