This transformative talk with LWL Titans Radhika Gupta, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Edelweiss Asset Management Limited and Gauri Devidayal, Top Restaurateur and Co-founder, Food Matters Group, was our way to mitigating challenges, stubborn stereotypes and stigmas that are roadblocks for working women trying to have it all.
Radhika shared a parade of little anecdotes about paying close attention to organisational culture and putting yourself out there through personal branding, stretching your own capabilities and swimming outside your lane, the talk was as real and unfiltered as it gets. She also spoke about her book ‘Limitless’ – which is a fuller expression of who Radhika is and has always been. We then welcomed one-on-one questions from our members that set the stage for plenty of actionable advice.
